Easter Pet Parade and Costume Contest Registration Form

There are no rules, dress your pet up in
something cool. The parade begins at
Noon on April 7 at Texas French Bread. We
will march to the Jo’s parking lot for a promenade in front of the judges and
then each of you has a chance to show off individually. Prizes include a night at the Hotel San Jose
and Jo’s gift certificates.
Pre Registration – Fill
out this form and drop it off along with $5.00 at Jo’s on S. Congress by Friday
April 6th.
Day of Registration – Just
come on down to Texas French Bread (Annie & S. Congress) with $10 and fill
out the form.
